Notify Us: Customers must email The Animal Alchemist Ltd at
support@theanimalalchemist.com to notify us of their intention to return any goods.

Timeframe: You must contact us
within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the item(s) to us
within the following 14 days.

Condition of Goods: Items must be returned
‘as new’, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging. This includes all components, such as any free gifts received with the item.

Reasonable Care: Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products until they are returned to The Animal Alchemist Ltd. If the returned goods show signs of use that exceed what is necessary to examine the item (as would be done in a retail store), we may deduct an amount to reflect the reduction in value due to use.
Refunds will usually be processed
on the day of receiving the returned items, provided they meet our return criteria.
In cases of defects or discrepancies, you are entitled to a
full refund, including delivery charges for sending the item to you and any costs incurred in returning it to us.
The defect or discrepancy must be reported to
support@theanimalalchemist.com within 14 days of delivery, and the product must be returned to us before the refund can be issued.
Once we examine the returned product and confirm the defect or issue, we will process your refund
that day.
Products returned due to a defect will be refunded in full without question, including the original delivery charges and any reasonable costs incurred by the customer for returning the item.
Refunds for defective goods will be processed on the day of confirmation that you are entitled to a refund.
